Hawaiian Chicken Sliders
4 chicken breasts- cut in half or pounded and cut to fit on buns
1 large can sliced pineapple
1/4- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Hawaiian hamburger buns
Drain pineapple and set aside, reserving the juice.
Marinate the chicken breasts in pineapple juice, soy sauce and 1 T teriyaki sauce. The longer it marinates the better.
Mix 2- 3 T teriyaki sauce with 3/4- 1 c mayo.
Grill chicken and pineapple. Immediately brush chicken with teriyaki mayo sauce.
Serve on Hawaiian buns with grilled pineapple, lettuce leaves and red onion.
