Fajitas – Kelsey – August 2015

This is the rough recipe I went off of. Not exact. I didn’t split them like they said and I used a seasoning packet instead of the different spices. Please feel free to add more spice if your family likes it spicier!
Fajitas http://www.six-cents.com
2 lbs of round steak or chicken
2 8oz cans of Rotel
1 large onion
1 green pepper, strips
1 red pepper, strips
2 tsp cilantro
2-4 cloves of garlic
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
1 jalapeno (I didn’t add) 

Directions: Split all ingredients into two bags. Cook on low 8 hours. Serve with fajita fixings!
