Italian Meatball Subs – Cari – March 2015

Italian Meatball Subs
Italian Bread, butter, olive oil, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, frozen meatballs, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasonings to taste.
Combine 1 stick butter, softened, 1 T. olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 T parmesan cheese. Cut bread length wise and spread this mixture on the bread. Combine approx. 32oz meatballs and 2 cups of spaghetti sauce. I add additional seasonings and garlic powder to taste. Top with mozzarella cheese and heat in an 375 oven for 15 minutes or until hot.
