Coconut Lime Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 fluid ounces Coconut Milk, Canned
  •  1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  •  1⁄2 cups juice Lime
  •  2 teaspoons Sugar
  •  1⁄4 teaspoons Sea Salt
  •  1 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
  •  1⁄4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  •  1⁄4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  •  2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  •  1 1⁄2 pounds Chicken, Boneless Breasts

Freezer Containers

  •  1 Gallon Freezer Bag

Directions

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl. Place chicken in a dish and pour marinade over chicken to coat well. Cover tightly. Allow to marinate overnight or for at least 12 hours. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill for 8­9 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
